Tess Brown
Born and raised in Elko, Nevada, Jen has been caring for women of all ages throughout the Treasure Valley for over 25 years. She is passionate about optimizing health & wellbeing in collaboration with each individual.
Jen earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The The College of Idaho and Bachelor of Nursing from Lewis & Clark State College. She is board certified in Women’s Health obtaining a Master’s of Nursing from Frontier School of Nursing. She holds numerous aesthetic & weight management certifications and maintains a current membership with The Idaho Medical Association.
Fostering an adventurous personality, Jen spends her free time traveling the world, reading, exploring unique restaurants and enjoying local theater performances with her amazing family and friends. She has a heart for service and community acting as an advocate for The Idaho Diaper Bank, serving meals monthly at Interfaith and spending countless hours into her non-profit organization, Christmas Miracles, which fulfills holiday wish lists for Idaho families experiencing hardships.
Jen is thrilled to embark in the ever growing arena of wellness, integrating her multitude of advanced training and skills to elevate, educate and empower the body, mind and spirit.

Allyson Bates, a dedicated healthcare professional, was born and raised Mountain Home, Idaho. Growing up in this close-knit community laid the foundation for Allyson's values and instilled in her a deep sense of compassion and commitment to others.
Upon graduating from Mountain Home High School, Allyson embarked on her journey in the field of nursing. She enrolled at Treasure Valley Community College, where she pursued her passion for healthcare and earned her associate degree in nursing. The vibrant landscape of the Treasure Valley became the backdrop for Allyson's early career as she embraced the role of a labor and delivery nurse, bringing new life into the world with skill and empathy.

While working in the Treasure Valley, Allyson demonstrated an unwavering dedication to her profession. Concurrently, she set her sights on higher education, recognizing the importance of continuous learning in the dynamic field of healthcare. Allyson pursued her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Boise State University, seamlessly balancing her work and academic responsibilities.
The pursuit of knowledge did not end there for Allyson. In 2016, she achieved a significant milestone in her career by completing her Masters of Family Nurse Practitioner. This advanced degree marked a new chapter in Allyson's professional journey, equipping her with the skills and expertise to provide comprehensive care to individuals and families.

Allyson's professional interests are as diverse as the community she serves. Her passion for women's health is evident in her commitment to teen wellness, pregnancy care, education, and a range of OBGYN services. Allyson has become a beacon of support for women of all ages, contributing to their well-being and empowering them to make informed healthcare decisions. Allyson is an advocate for wellness and a healthy lifestyle. Her passion extends beyond the walls of the hospital, as she actively promotes and embodies the principles of well-being in her community.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Allyson is a devoted wife to her husband, Steve, and a loving mother to their two children. This commitment to both professional excellence and family life exemplifies Allyson's ability to balance her various roles with grace and determination.
